Welcome to my bilingual (English and German) coaching and counselling practice based in Berlin and Munich (Pullach), Germany. My areas of specialization include:
Coaching for Start-Ups and first time entrepreneurs Comprehensive coaching, advice and guidance for individuals who are planning to set up their own business. Typical core issues include business and marketing plan, finding a vision, self and time management, work life balance, personal communication skills, stress management, further and continuing education, and, especially for those who moved to Germany only recently, intercultural competence. I am accredited for Gründercoaching Deutschland which finances coaching for start-ups. The maximum eligible cost is €6,000, and this is grant-aided at the rate of 50% in the old Länder, 75% in the new Länder, and up to 90% for people who are unemployed.
Burn-out and Stress Holistically oriented Stress and Burnout Management and Prevention. Coaching methods broaden to include customized relaxation techniques, meditation, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, mindfullness based stress reduction, creative arts, and energy psychology.
Life Transitions Coaching for individuals who are struggling with a major transition in their personal, professional or spiritual life.
Communication Highly practice-oriented and individual communication training and coaching for those who are looking to strengthen their communication skills. Rooted in my extensive professional background in acting, actor coaching, screenwriting, TV production, and communication training.
ABOUT ME I am a professional counsellor, coach and seminar lecturer with more than 10 years of experience and a profound background in the media. I have studied psychology and philosophy in Munich (pre-exam) and counselling in London (Adv. Dip. Couns). I also hold a master's degree in Organizational Psychology. In addition, I am Board Certified with the American Board of Hypnotherapy and listed on the UK Hypnotherapist Register. Further education in body and creative therapies. FEES Fees will be negotiated individually, however coaching and counselling services are not covered by any health insurance. It might be possible to apply for funding by the European Social Fund.
